Excuses, excuses

So, I've noticed that the length of time between blog entries is getting longer and longer.  As you may or may not know, Halloween is one of my favorite holidays of the year.  Fall is definitely my favorite season.  It has inspired me to write again.  I happened to scroll down a little (a very little, sadly) and noticed that I just wrote about Halloween.  Last year.  Hmmm...  I worry that life is passing us by.
Unfortunately, between getting breakfast prepped, clothes prepped, backpacks prepped, home lunch prepped, tooth-brushes tooth-pasted, diapers changed, clothes changed, kids dropped off at school, breakfast cleaned up, babies cleaned up, house cleaned up, myself cleaned up, baby bottled, toddler cuddled, lunch served, baby napped, toddler Dora'd, lunch cleaned up, laundry laundered, baby up, errands run, boys picked up, fights broke up, kids in, kids out, kids in, kids out, entire neighborhood below the age of seven in, entire neighborhood below the age of seven out, more fights broke up, entire neighborhood below the age of seven kicked out, Curious George on, kids busy, dinner prepped, dinner served, kids cleaned up, (sometimes) dinner cleaned up, jammies on, books read, teeth brushed, scriptures read, prayers prayed, potty pottied, personal prayer prayed, and kisses kissed, I'm just too exhausted.  Aren't you?

Amen Sister! Are you sure you weren't reciting my days? It is so good to hear that I'm not the only one who is a little exhausted :)

You missed something for Olivia-"diaper removed. contents played with. daughter bathed." My days are a little quieter now, and it did come a little faster than I wanted it to (even though, at the time, I could have handled a little more peace and quiet). All of that hits for me at 3:45 now. So, during the day, I can comment on your blog!!

I hear ya, Lady. The three I now have are enough to keep me from ever doing anything but keeping up...as you put it so well.
Think of y'all often and I'm so glad to see how you're all doing. Your kids are darling. Can't believe you have four now. Time does indeed fly...
